We are delighted to invite you and your friends to join us at the action-packed Yamaha LIVE event that takes place on Friday 19th, Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st May 2023.

This year Yamaha Live celebrates the anniversaries of numerous trailblazing models, such as: MT-09, R1 & Tenere, each enjoying their 10th, 25th and 40th birthdays retrospectively.

It’s this rich history of countless all-time great motorcycles which has been employed when developing the next generation of Yamaha machines - which you can try at Yamaha LIVE.

To take part simply book and complete a test ride on one of our new 2023 motorcycles at a participating Yamaha dealership, whilst enjoying the special promotions and displays across the Yamaha Live anniversary weekend.  Plus, there’s a chance to win a brand-new XSR900 if you participate!

Here’s an outline of what’s up for grabs across the weekend:

  • Free test ride on a 2023 Yamaha demo motorcycle
  • Barbecue on Saturday with a free Bacon Roll for anyone who takes a test ride)
  • Up to 20% off Genuine Yamaha Clothing (This weekend only)
  • Special edition Yamaha anniversary t-shirt once you’ve completed a test ride (subject to availability)
  • Opportunity to WIN a new XSR900*
  • Unique promotions and anniversary displays (ask your local dealer about their plans for the celebrations and special attractions)
* Persons can only enter the competition at participating dealers during the Yamaha LIVE event period.

Terms & Conditions.

1. Yamaha LIVE dates, times and activities:

Activities and promotions are only available at participating Authorised Yamaha Dealers in the UK and will vary by dealer. 
Contact your local dealer for full details. Event dates and times will vary between dealers. 
Always check opening days/times with your local dealer before your visit (note: some dealers may be closed on Sunday 21st May)
2. Test rides:

Test rides are provided by Authorised Yamaha Dealers and are given subject to status. The dealership reserves the right to refuse any test ride request.
The provision of a test ride will depend on the criteria at each dealership. Check the test ride criteria with your participating Yamaha dealership before visiting if in doubt.
To take a test ride you will typically need to show your original driving licence, National Insurance number (or DVLA access code) plus one other form of ID.
A licence appropriate to the test model is required and riders will need to have relevant riding experience. In addition, convictions and insurance claims will be taken into account before a test ride is given.
It is advised that test rides are booked in advance with your dealer, however, this does not ensure that the test ride will be given. Advance bookings are not a contractual obligation to provide a test ride.
3. Free t-shirts:

The Yamaha Anniversary t-shirt is given free of charge to a rider only following a completed test ride.
Only one t-shirt per rider is offered regardless of the number of test rides taken.
Free t-shirts are available on a first come, first served basis and are subject to stock and local factors. Taking a test ride as part of this promotion does not guarantee that a free t-shirt will be provided. Always check with your dealer before the test ride to confirm the availability of the official Yamaha LIVE anniversary t-shirt and that one will be provided.
No cash alternative is offered as an alternative to the Yamaha LIVE event t-shirt. It is available from sizes L - XL. Choice of sizes available during the event will vary by dealer, this is subject to availability and you may not receive the size of your choice.
4. Free prize draw:

The free prize draw is open to any UK resident aged 18 years and over who visits a participating Yamaha dealer between 19th and 21st May 2023.
No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
Entries can only be accepted via the official online entry form available in participating Yamaha dealers.Only one entry per person.
Entries to the free prize draw close at 18.00 on Sunday 21st May 2023.
The promoter is not responsible for any lost or illegible entries or entries received after the closing date.
The prize is x1 (one) new XSR900 worth £10,600 (RRP) and includes on-the-road preparation charges, delivery to the winner’s nearest local Yamaha dealer, number plates, pre-delivery inspection, government first registration fee and vehicle excise duty. The winner is responsible for collection of the prize within 3 months of the closing date and will be required to provide insurance cover for the prize.
The winner will be drawn at random from all entries on Friday 21st June 2023.
The winner will be informed within 72 hours by either phone or email.

No cash alternative is offered as an alternative to the prize.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or award a different prize up to the same value due to circumstances beyond their control.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
