A Licence

The A Licence allows you to ride any motorcycle of unlimited power. If you are aged 21 or over and have held an A2 Licence for a minimum of 2 years, then the Staged Access route allows you to take a practical test to gain this licence. Otherwise, if you are aged 24 or over and have limited or zero previous motorcycling experience the Direct Access route will provide all the training and tests necessary to obtain an A Licence, starting at CBT level and building from there. These courses can last anything from 4 days upwards.
